Rito, who is based in Coral Springs, FL, joins Brown Nester after serving as president of LMC Development, LLC, a full-service real estate development company in Boca Raton, FL, for the past eight years. Prior to LMC, he was director of development for Codina Development Corp., in Coral Gables, where he directed development activities on commercial, industrial, and build-to-suit projects in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Rito’s background also includes 20 years of service as vice president of development for Draper and Kramer Inc., a national, full-service real estate company founded in 1893.

After receiving his B.S.B.A. in Business from the University of Central Florida, Brendan E. Moyle joined the Brown Nester team of talented hotel sales associates in 2011. Brendan was originally introduced to the hospitality arena by earning hands-on experience working in various hotel properties. Equipped with a strong understanding of day to day hotel and hospitality-related operations, Brendan further expanded his knowledge of the hospitality industry and specialized in real estate sales and analysis of hotel properties in the South Florida market as well as throughout the country.
Prior to joining the Brown Nester team, Brendan worked at Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., gaining experience and exposure to the various facets of the hospitality arena, including Hotel Management and Branding, and a better understanding of the industry overall. Brendan recently earned his CLM certification from American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Brendan earned his Florida Real Estate license and was one of the initial sales associates of our Brown Nester Florida office located in Coral Springs, Florida. His energy and drive, along with professionalism and respect for the industry, allows him to promote positive relationships and integrity in himself and with the people he associates with.
