Vantage property owners who list their hotels through Brown Nester will have the advantage of being released from their brand agreements without contractual obligations, upon the sale of their hotels.
- Members who buy a property through Brown Nester and convert it to a Vantage flag (Americas Best Value Inn, Canadas Best Value Inn, Lexington Inn, or Lexington Hotel) will have the first six months of membership fees waived – a savings of $10,000 or more.
